GIMME Software Independently Assessed in New Study

Group Iterative Multiple Model Estimation, or GIMME, was developed by SLEIC faculty Peter Molenaar and colleagues, and was recently analyzed favorably by an independent group of researchers in a published study that appears in Frontiers in Psychology (Alonso-Montes et al., 2015).

GIMME software is freely distributed for Matlab (https://www.nitrc.org/projects/gimme/) and R (http://CRAN.R-project.org/package=gimme). New beta versions of GIMME-MS (Matlab; traces multiple solutions) and a posteriori model validation are under review and available for those interested by contacting Dr. Molenaar (pxm21@psu.edu).
